Wrap Around Care

Our Breakfast and After-school clubs offer extra childcare provisions before and after school.

Breakfast and After School run daily.

There is NO After School Club provision on the last day of every term.

Breakfast Club

Children arrive at 7:45am and are served breakfast of pastries, cereals or toast. Children are taken from the club to their classes at 8:40 am to start the school day.

Breakfast club is £5 per session for Reception to Year 6. Nursery must be booked as part of their main sessions.

After School Club

Children arrive with their teachers at 3:10 pm, where a range of carefully planned creative activities are each day, and they get sandwiches and snacks, including fresh fruit. The club finishes at 5:45 pm.

After School Club is £10 per session per child.

A session is from 3:10 pm to 5:45 pm inclusive.

Late Collection Policy

If you are late collecting your child from After School Club, the following charges will be applied. After School Club (ASC) finishes promptly at 5:45 pm, and this is the latest allowed collection time.

Parents who arrive after 5:45 pm will be charged £10 for every additional ten (10) minutes after 5:45pm. The office clock will be used to determine the cost. Late collection charges must be paid promptly.

If you are late collecting your child on three occasions, you will forfeit your child’s place and be unable to book further sessions. If you are exceptionally late and we have not been able to contact you, or any of the other contact names you've given the school, we will have no alternative but to contact support authorities (be assured that we will try every contact number to make sure your child is not put through this, so please make sure that contact numbers are kept up date and correct). 

If your child no longer needs ASC or BC, please send a letter/email to the office stating this with at least two weeks’ notice.

Booked places need to be paid for even if your child does not attend.

Please note: in order for your child to be allocated space at ASC, you agree to adhere to this late collection policy.
