This is a teacher-qualified, full-time Teacher position, ideally starting straight away.

We have a track record of developing adults to be the best they can be, including NQTs, middle leaders, senior leaders, and teachers who have gone on to become head teachers within the last 5 years.

We offer a comprehensive range of CPD options, including paying for you to complete NPQML (SL), National SENCo course, University Master's courses, and PhDs. We also offer the possibility of trips to conferences in Sweden, Canada and New York from your 3rd year in post.

We are looking for someone to start in February 2026: however, we would like someone to start in January 2026 for a longer handover period.

Personal attributes

We are looking for a passionate teacher who can do their best every day and be clear and kind, inspiring and motivating children and adults to reach their full potential. For a TLR position in the future, you may also have already had some subject or phase leader experience (although this might be limited at this stage) and be driven to be successful and develop a team of teachers and support staff to deliver the school's outcomes and aims.
