Overview
Church Cowley St James Primary School is looking for an energetic and inspirational individual to join our school as a grade 6 teaching assistant to support children in whole class teaching and small group or individual interventions. We would be happy to recruit a new team member that wishes to remain in post and also happy to support next steps into teaching if so desired by providing excellent CPD and school experience, as well as the possible opportunity in the second or third year to complete teacher training to gain teacher status at our school.

Personal attributes
You will be expected to provide occasional whole class cover. The right person will be dedicated to improving the outcomes for all children: emotionally, socially and educationally.
